Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Saroot Labs website, job application flows, applicant portal, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Saroot Labs, Inc. (“Saroot Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By applying for a role or creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent application information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Services without our permission
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, an interview, or any particular outcome. We may review, accept, reject, or retain applications at our discretion. If you create an applicant account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

You grant Saroot Labs a license to use application materials you submit (such as your résumé, portfolio links, and responses) solely for recruiting, evaluation, and related hiring purposes.

By opting in during the application process, you consent to receive email and/or SMS communications about your application and related opportunities, as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS.

The Services, including all content, design, logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Saroot Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools for sign-in, scheduling, communications, or other functionality. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAROOT LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saroot Labs from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your application materials, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
