About the role

Handle the day-to-day legal work of a fast-moving startup: commercial contracts, vendor agreements, corporate governance, and the legal questions that arise with rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements
Support corporate governance, board meetings, and equity matters
Advise on startup-specific legal matters (equity, fundraising, employment)
Maintain legal templates and standard agreement library
Research legal issues and advise on new business initiatives
