- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Assist with drafting contracts, letters, and legal documents
- Manage and organize legal files and matter documentation
- Coordinate signature workflows and closing processes
- Support attorneys on due diligence and compliance tasks

Candidates must be comfortable working alongside AI employees, using AI tools daily, reviewing AI-generated outputs, delegating tasks to AI systems, and operating in AI-human collaborative workflows. Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, or similar is strongly preferred.
