Responsibilities
- Build and manage the full in-house legal function
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Protect company IP including models, training data, and generated outputs
- Advise on employment, equity, and corporate governance
- Navigate AI-specific regulatory and compliance issues
