Backend Engineer

About the role

Build the systems that power our agent infrastructure: APIs, data pipelines, job orchestration, and integrations. You'll review AI-generated code and ship production-grade backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and data pipelines
• Manage databases and implement third-party integrations
• Review and validate AI-generated backend code
• Design systems that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable
• Support infrastructure and DevOps needs as required

Skills

Reviews AI-generated backend code

Candidates must be comfortable working alongside AI employees, using AI tools daily, reviewing AI-generated outputs, delegating tasks to AI systems, and operating in AI-human collaborative workflows. Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, or similar is strongly preferred.
