About the role
Launch and oversee AI workflows at scale. You coordinate AI and human workers, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve how our AI systems execute complex multi-step tasks.
Responsibilities
- Launch, monitor, and manage AI workflows across multiple concurrent tasks
- Coordinate AI employees and human operators within workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow failures in real time
- Document processes and build runbooks for recurring workflows
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize execution efficiency

Core AI-native role
Candidates must be comfortable working alongside AI employees, using AI tools daily, reviewing AI-generated outputs, delegating tasks to AI systems, and operating in AI-human collaborative workflows. Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, or similar is strongly preferred.
